- 10 Color 21 x 23 U.V. Curing, computerized micro-registration.
8 Color 21 x 28 magnetic perforating unit, and in-line chipping unit. Prints 10/0 to 5/5 on coated and uncoated paper.
8 Color 20.5 x 25 U.V. Curing, computerized micro-registration. Prints on coated and uncoated paper.
8 Color 20.5 x 24 U.V. Curing, in-line signature folder, in-line chipping unit, and magnetic perforating unit. Prints on coated and uncoated paper.
2 Color 17.5 x 22 U.V. Curing, in-line chipping unit. Prints on coated and uncoated paper.
Sheetfed Offset Presses
- 4 Color Heidelberg DI 18.125 x 13.375 Prints process or spot colors with infrared curing.
1 Color Heidelberg Kord 18 x 25 Single color, heavy coverage capability.
2 Color Ryobi Twin Tower 13.375 x 18 2 Colors, medium coverage capability. (We have 2 of these currently in use).
1 Color Ryobi Perfector 12 x 18 Prints 1/1, light coverage.
1 Color Ryobi 11 x 17 Prints single color, light to medium coverage.
Full Bindery
- Folders: 3 MBO continuous feed folders, 23 x 38 with score, perf, slit, skip glue,
remoistenable gum, fugitive gluer, tabbing unit and in-line paper banding.
Stitch / Collate: Duplo 32 bin sheet collator 13 x 17.5 with sidestitch, saddlestitch, fold and face trim.
Pad: (2) kansa hot glue automated padders 14 x 26.
Kleenstick: Pressure sensitive tape applicator with 6 heads.
Cutters: (4) 45 x 45 x 6, fully programmable, with auto cut functions.
Drill: Challenge triple head drill.
Round Cornering: Challenge single head.
Electronic Prepress
- We currently support both MAC & PC platforms with 6 workstations, with output computer to plate, at all press levels. Digital proofs include Fujifilm Pictro, Imation Color Matchprints, and Digital Dylux. We also offer in-house copy dot scanning.
