Since 1955, Pacific Printing has been known for providing customers with quality printed materials. Today, Pacific’s trained staff utilizes state-of-the-art technology – from computerized job scheduling and an electronic prepress system, to digital color correction and high-speed printing presses – to deliver work of the highest standard. Since the company’s inception, Pacific’s attention to detail, responsive service and passion for the craft of printing itself have generated rave reviews from suppliers and customers alike.

Pacific Printing’s hallmark of putting the customer first began with founders Pete and Ruby Neufeld. It continued with the couple’s sons, and remains an integral part of Pacific today. In 1997, longtime employee Brad Stiers became President and CEO, bringing a new company-wide focus on using technological innovation to attain rigorous printing standards while offering customers greater value than ever before.

It’s a formula for success that has allowed Pacific Printing to grow to three production shifts, and annual sales of $6 million. Stiers seeks additional expansion through acquisitions, such as the company’s purchase of 101-year-old Crown Printing in 2002, the June 2007 purchase of Heritage Press in Marina, CA and the good old-fashioned way: taking care of customers. That’s why for everyone at Pacific, First Time On Time is more than a catch phrase. It’s how they measure performance on every job and for every customer.

Pacific Printing is a member of Independent Printers Worldwide (IPW) with over 150 independent printers and an excess of $2.2 billion of print revenue.
